What Mesto is

Mesto is an information service that organises property, planning, administrative-record, and neighbourhood data from identified public sources. Mesto is not an official register, certification service, estate agency, lawyer, notary, engineer, or valuer.

A report is a starting point for due diligence, not proof of title, encumbrances, construction legality, or investment value. Use the competent register and a qualified professional for official verification.

Questions, complaints, and disputes

Please contact us first at hi@mesto.bg and include the order number or report public identifier, if available. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable time.

A consumer complaint may be submitted to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (CPC). kzp.bg
