Contract terms
Terms of use
These terms govern access to the website, free tools, and purchases of Mesto digital reports.
Effective: 2026-09-21
1. Parties and acceptance
The service is provided by KADIVEL EOOD, UIC 208282493, registered at 9zh Boris Rumenov St., entrance B, floor 4, apartment 10, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria (“Mesto”, “we”). Contact details appear on the Operator information page.
By using the site you agree to the rules applicable to free features. A contract for a paid report is formed only after the main characteristics and total price are shown, you accept these terms, give the separate consent to immediate performance, and the order is confirmed.
2. The service
Mesto relates an entered address or cadastral identifier to prepared or narrowly queried official and open datasets. Results may include object identification, maps, nearby features, planning layers, administrative traces, and questions for further verification.
- Free tools and report previews are available without registration.
- The paid product is digital content: the unlocking of the available full report for the specific property.
- Scope and availability depend on source coverage, currency, and technical access.
3. Public data and limitations
For each source we identify the provider, link, retrieval or relevance date, and known limitations. No match only means that our check did not find a record; it does not prove that a document or fact does not exist.
Rights in original datasets remain with their respective creators and licensors. We use them only where a documented basis exists and subject to applicable terms. Details are on the sources page.
4. Price, order, and delivery
The total price and currency are shown immediately before ordering. We do not add undisclosed charges. Available payment methods and the payment provider are identified at checkout.
The steps are: select the available report, enter and check the email, review the product and total price, accept the terms and separate immediate-performance consent, and then confirm payment. Until the final confirmation you can go back and correct the information entered. The contract may be concluded in Bulgarian or English according to the selected site version. We record the order, terms version, and consent times; a copy may be requested by email. No voluntary professional code of conduct applies to this service.
The report is digital content purchased once, not a subscription. It is accessed as a web page with a current browser and an internet connection; JavaScript is required for the interactive map. No special device or proprietary software is required. Where the law requires a security or conformity update, we provide it for the applicable period.
The paid report is supplied by immediately unlocking the report page after successful payment. When the live payment flow is enabled, we send or provide durable confirmation of the order and the consent wording you accepted.
Before payment you expressly choose whether delivery should begin immediately and acknowledge that, once the digital content is fully supplied, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost. This does not limit your remedies for content that is not supplied or is not in conformity.
5. Withdrawal, complaints, and refunds
Before real paid consumer orders are enabled, we will publish the applicable withdrawal conditions, model notice, and refund rules. Such orders are not currently accepted.
If a report is not unlocked, is technically inaccessible, or materially fails to conform to its description, contact us. We will seek to bring the digital content into conformity without undue delay or apply the statutory price reduction or termination and refund remedies.
6. Acceptable use
You may use a report for personal due diligence and share it with your professional advisers. You must not scrape data at scale, bypass restrictions, overload the service, resell reports, or use data for harassment, discrimination, profiling of individuals, or unlawful purposes.
Keep the link to a private report secure. Anyone who obtains its unguessable public identifier may be able to open that report page.
7. Availability and liability
We use professional care in transformation and source attribution. We do not control the completeness, correctness, or continuous availability of external registers. We may temporarily restrict a feature where the source, security, or right of reuse is not sufficiently clear.
We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a purchase, financing, or construction decision made without independent professional verification.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future use. The version accepted with an order remains recorded against it. A material change will not apply retroactively to the detriment of rights already acquired by a consumer.
Bulgarian law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory rules.
